活動說明:藉由這場兩天的研習課程,我們將探索目前最新的技術模式,透過靈活性與穩定性的技術來提升運動表現。經由理論與實作的雙管齊下,我們鎖定目標在「讓學員了解如何運用靈活性與穩定性的技術,能安全地在訓練中停留更長的時間,藉以負載更大的訓練強度」。
Over the course of this two-day workshop, we’ll explore the modern technical models for mobility and stability for performance. From both a theoretical and practical perspective, the goal is to provide you with an understanding of how to use mobility and stability to stay in the game longer, allowing greater training capacity.
提升運動表現的靈活性與穩定性操作技術研習課程將為學員提供三個方向的學習內容:
從實作角度說明、複習或強化改善靈活性的策略。
從實作角度說明、複習或強化改善動作控制能力的策略。
從實作角度透過動作姿位、動作模式、及動作能力,了解靈活性、穩定性、動作控制及運動表現之間的關聯。
The Mobility and Stability for Performance Workshop aims to provide three things:
內容包括:指導靈活性與穩定性處理的最新技術模式,以及兩者與運動表現之間的實質關聯。介紹rolling、crawling、shoulder packing及stacked spine等與促進運動表現的靈活性及穩定性有關的這些動作。指導口令給予的策略,這適用於改變穩定性與動作控制的任何動作引導。
Topics include:
The modern technical models for mobility, stability and their relationship to the essence of performance.
Introduction to rolling, crawling, shoulder packing and stacked spine as they relate to mobility and stability for performance.
Applied cueing strategies that apply to any movement coaching for change in stability and motor control.

The Mobility and Stability for Performance Workshop aims to provide three things:

- A practical introduction, review or advancement of strategies to improve motor control.
- A practical understanding of the links between mobility, stability, motor control and performance through the concept of position, patterns and power.
