-       3rd Division Pool winners 2009
-       Performance improvement to final 4 of 2nd Division Pool 2010
-       Reporting directly to General Manager
-       Responsible for Improving Tournament preparation process, staff and training between 2009 to 2010 tournament; recruiting specialist speed coach and support physiotherapist for Darwin 7’s Rugby Tournament.
-       During the 2009 tournament, I was recruited for 2-weeks of pre-tournament involvement – 13 out of 15 players used in the tournament were injured. In 2010, an extended pre-tournament program was developed to address improved readiness, resulting in only 2 of 15 players injured in the tournament.
-       Attendance at all training and competition for injury evaluation, management and rehabilitation
