About Greg Dea – Physiotherapist in Mornington | Sports Injury & Manual Therapy Expert

Welcome — I'm Greg Dea, a physiotherapist committed to helping you move better, feel stronger, and recover faster, no matter your age, activity level, or goals.

With over 25 years of clinical experience, I’ve helped people from all walks of life—from professional athletes to busy parents, retirees, and office workers—overcome pain, recover from injury, and move with greater confidence.

I hold three degrees, including a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Melbourne, and a Master of Sports Physiotherapy from La Trobe University. I’ve worked in five countries in sports physiotherapy and have taught clinicians in nine countries, bringing a broad, global perspective to my practice.

My work has been published in leading industry platforms such as FunctionalMovement.com, BreakingMuscle.com, and OTPBooks.com as well as on my own current blog.

My approach combines:

Manual therapy to relieve pain and improve mobility

Movement screening to identify hidden contributors to discomfort or injury

Targeted rehabilitation to restore function and prevent recurrence

Sports injury management expertise applied to all clients, whether you’re an athlete or simply want to stay active and independent. Watch it in action here.

Whether you're managing a new injury, recovering from surgery, dealing with long-term pain, or wanting to move more freely, I tailor every treatment to your unique needs and goals.

If you're looking for physiotherapy that’s hands-on, evidence-based, and tailored to you, you’re in the right place.
