As part of health screening, this questionnaire, the PHQ-2, inquires about the degree to which an individual has experienced depressed mood and anhedonia over the past two weeks. Anhedonia is the inability to experience joy or pleasure. You may feel numb or less interested in things that you once enjoyed. It's a common symptom of many mental health conditions like depression. Its purpose is not to establish final diagnosis or to monitor depression severity, but rather to screen for depression. Your answers are confidential.
